Boehringer Ingelheim Prize – Application Portal

The Boehringer Ingelheim Prize recognises and supports outstanding advanced early-career researchers in the Rhine-Main region. The award combines the recognition of past publication achievements with the support of an original and creative project of up to 2 years through flexible funding. Applicants eligible to apply are advanced early-career researchers employed at one of the participating institutions in the Rhine-Main region.
The application period opens on 15 November and closes on 15 January of the following year.

Heinrich Wieland Prize – Nomination Portal

The international Heinrich Wieland Prize honours distinguished scientists worldwide for their groundbreaking research in the chemistry, biochemistry, and physiology of biologically active molecules and systems, as well as their clinical importance.
Anyone can submit a nomination for the award. The foundation particularly welcomes nominations of female scientists and individuals of underrepresented groups. Self-nominations or direct applications for the prize are not permitted.
The nomination period begins in March and ends on 1 June of each year.
